How secure is my personal information?

RawRelax uses the highest industry standard privacy protection. We don't sell, lease or distribute any personal customer information.

When will my items be shipped?

Most orders leave the warehouse within 1 business days of payment. However please allow 2 business days for processing the order.
We will notify you by email with a Tracking Number within 5 business days. Emails sent out with your Tracking Number may end up in your junk/spam folders, so please check there before sending duplicate requests.

Why don't I see my tracking info?

Your order has been sent, but sometimes it takes up to 2-5 days for tracking info to show up in the USPS tracking system. This also applies to Canada Post and Royal Mail.

When will I receive my items?

Please allow 1-4 business weeks for delivery due to high demand and the final delivery will be made by your local mail carrier to your mailbox or doorstep. 

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:
United States: 3-25 Business days
Canada, Europe: 10-25 Business days
Australia, New Zealand: 10-30 Business days
Mexico, Central America, South America: 15-30 Business days

Where are my items coming from?

Although our fulfillment house is located in North America, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, United Kingdom and China.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be  sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
